H1-B issue date and entering the US

I got my H1-B stamped yesterday, i.e. it has an issue date of Oct 30th. However my job starts on the 1st of Jan.

When can I enter the country ? I read somewhere that I can enter 10 days before the start of the H1.

Does that mean 10 days before, Jan 1st or 10 days before the issue date.

once visa is stamped in your pp, you can enter US at any time.

Hi,

Every Visa has a Issue date and Expiry Date.
You can enter anytime between those dates....
