Qualify for H1

I am working with 'X' company in India since from Jan 2007 and my company is ready to give internal transfer to US company so is it possible to go under H1B visa, whether my employement period with indian company will qualify the visa rule, i have got total 3 year work experience and i am diploma holder

L1 visa fits your case of intra-company transfer better.
