I am going to India after 2 years (unplanned sudden trip). H1B Stamping in my passport expired in 2006. I am going to get an appointment in chennai. I will be paying the fees on Monday (11/5/07). When I check the appointment availability page, there is a question which say "Are you applying for same visa class that expired in the last 12 months?*" I think I should select "No". If I do so, the next available appointment is on 12/18. I am coming back on 12/4/2007. Please advice. Thanks for all the help
