Need Help Regarding Project Docs after 221g

Hi ,

I have attended the H1b visa interview in Sep , 2007 . As I wasn't able to provide the project details I was given a blue 221g form and told to submit the checked documents . My consultant has provided all the mentioned documents taxreturns, wagereports etc except the project details . He does not have any inhouse project and the client letter can only be given when we go to US and attend the interview . Can anyone help me out , how I can submit the documents.

Better to drop all the required documents


Hi,
You should have convince the VO at the time of interview only.
But, once you got 221(g), its better to drop all the documents which are marked in it. Otherwise, you may get one more 221(g) and VO may suspect your petitioner's genuinity. Good Luck!!
