New Passport with Married Name

I am living in US for past 2 years on H4. My current H4 is valid till Jan 2010. My question is that my H4 is in my maiden name, as my old passport was isued before marriage.

Now I applied for a new passport here from Indian consulate in chicago and its in my new married name (just cange of surnames/last name).

So if I go out of US, do I need to get my h4 re-stamped before re-entering or can I still do the same on my current H4?

You are fine as long as you carry both passports and your marriage certificate.

Thanks a ton for the prompt reply. One more question, so on I-94 I will use my married name. Right?

Also can I get my name changed on I-94 without leaving the US, so as I can get my DL and TAX Id recored with my new name?
