Visa stamping in Mexico or Cananda?

Hi all,

Here is my situation. I need your valuable suggestion.

I got my H1 Visa expired in Oct 2006 but before the expired date I entered into USA and got transferred my H1 Visa to other employer and my present I-797 and I-94 shows valid till 2010. I have all my pay-slips till date from my present employer.

My question is, Can I go to Mexico or Canada for H1 stamping? or Do I have go back to home country(India) for stamping.

As long as you have never been out of status, you can go to Canada/Mexico.
