which Petition no. should I use while filling visa forms

Hello,

my wife and kid are going to india for vacation and they also need to get visa stampting (H4) while coming back. We already have our renewed petitions with us. My petition (I129) and my wife and kid's petition (I539) are different. while filling the petition details for them in visa forms, which petition no. I should be using?

Is it my petition no. or their petition no.?

if they ask for H1 numbers (as they usually do for H4) you will provide your numbers.
