    Regarding Degree and experiance

    Hi All,
I got H1 Approval, till now i have not taken the dates, since i fear i am having only M.Tech( from NIT, in ECE) + 0 years of experiance while applying for visa.My clint also stated 0 years of experiance while he was submitting the form to UNSIC. Now i am having only 9 months of work experiance in Indian MNC.

Wat i want to know is, Is there any chances of rejections regarding less no of experiances? And how they treate a M.Tech degree holder ?

Since now a days they are giving 221(g) to lot of cases, can i know on wat basis they consider the application as 221(g)?

      You need not worry.
If your H1 was obtained based on Masters + 0 exp, your h1 visa will be stamped with yur current 9 months exp.
