H1B transfer without Paystub

Hi,

Currently I am on L1-B and applied for H1-B in Mar-2007. I am sure my visa will be approved.

My sponsor is Comany A but I want to transfer H1 to to Company B.

Can I do so without joining A and without having Paystubs from company A?

You can't be confident that your visa will be approved because this year there was a random pick up. Yes, you can transfer without paystubs, but you must produce some kind of proof of employment with A.

Actually my name was there in lottery USCIS replied saying one document (Degree evaluation) was missing. We have send that paper now. So most probably It will approve.
