H4 Visa Expiring Soon (out of US)

Hi! I have an H4 Visa which will expire on April 1, 2008. I am now in the Philippines and I plan to go back in the US on March 2008.

If you want to restamp your H4 visa in your home country, your H1 spouse has to provide all the required documents before you go for re-stamp.

If you travel before April 1, 2008 to US( atleast 3 weeks before, expiry), you can apply your renewal as soon as you landed in US. You must apply well before your visa expiry.

By the way, do I need a roundtrip ticket in going back to the US? Or its only true to those with Visitor's Visa?
