Hi,
I am working as a consultant and my client wants to hire me as a full time employee. My H1 was filed
in April 2007 and I got my H1. I do not have a copy of my H1 I-797 form.
In this case is it possible to get the visa transferred, without a copy of the issued H1 form.
Your help will be much appreciated.
