surname not present in passport

Hi ,
First of all thanks to u guys for providing ur immense help to all the H1B candidates .
I have a doubt again.
In my l 797 my name is given as surname, give name.
ie.. Puthukulam, Ullas Joseph. But in my passport i didnt have any surname. It has only Ullas Joseph in the field of given names. And in all of my academic documents name is given as Ullas Joseph only.
Whether this cause any problems during interview process. Please help me out.
