H1 Transfer

Hi ,
I got my H1 this october and I work for company A. I will be getting 2 pay stubs by nov 15th. I want to join company B as soon as possible. I heard that if we have 2 pay stubs then its sufficient to transfer to any company.is that true?
I want to get transfered to company B without informing company A.is tht possible?Am scared that company A would create problems for me if i want to.

please let me know wht i need to do to get transfered to B as soon as possible.

Yes, you can transfer with 2 paystubs. But its recommended to have 3. File for a transfer with B, get a receipt notice and then you can start working for B. No need to tell anything to A in this regard.
