    query on H4

    guys,
    is the following poss?

    person A has got H1 stamped on 1st OCT, wasnt acconpanied by the spouse.
    now the spouse wants to go for H4 stamping on 15th Nov, but the person A is still working in INDIA, yet 2 go 2 USA.
    Can the spouse go for the H4?????
