H1B Transfer. Pls advise me Senior Members

Hi All Seniors Please advise

Presently I am in India. I was in US on a H1B visa and have 6 paystubs and a valid H1 visa. I have transferred my H1 to a body shopper and would be travelling to US soon. After reaching US If I need to change a job do I need paystubs again from this new employer or the one from the original employer would suffice.

You'll need pay stubs from current employer to transfer the visa.

Can you kindly brief me about the aspects that I need to be careful as my new employer is a body shopper.

Also I wanted to know whether can an employer abruptly cancel my H1.

Thanks for appreciating my response. Regarding being careful with a company sponsoring your visa, just keep your eyes and ears open for any unlawful demand (like asking for money for processing H1 etc.) or anything that sounds fishy. Once again, you can always post in this forum.

An employer CAN revoke your H1.
