    change of stamping consulate

    Hi All,
    I got my H1B papers one year back and it has been mentioned in the papers that i need to go to chennai US consulate for stamping. I didnt take an appointment for interview from then. I am staying in singapore for more than one year. so i would like to know whether i can change my stamping consulate to singapore ?
