Very Important....H1B Status & Travel on AP
Hello,
I saw your website and found it quite informative. I have a query and would really appreciate if you could answer......Its very very URGENT & IMPORTANT.
I am still waiting for my advance parole and Employment Authorization also approved. I am going to marry in early next year and want to bring my wife on h4 visa
I have my H1 extension approved till 2010.
1.)Is she eligible to get H4 after I travel on Advance Parole.
2.) If I use AP, Do i loose H1B Status? Will that Effect on H4 Visa while she Entering to USA.
Please Advice, Its very very URGENT !!
