Since you are there in Pune for more than 6 months, you can very well attend the interview in Mumbai and you will not be reffered back to Chennai. But please carry residence proof like Bank statement, telephone bill etc to prove that you are in Pune for the last 6 months.
Your last rejection may not reflect now. If your employer is good and not in the black listed list, you have every chance to succeed.
    Good Luck

Please note, last rejection will reflect. Also, please don't use **** documents.

        Hi Satish ,
My visa has been refused at chennai today stating that my employer doesn't seem to be willing to provide me employment based on documents and information elicted by me at the interview.
And also stated that the documents like I 121 and 797 will be sent backe to USCIS.
Is there any chance to get visa this time. Please reply .

          denied visa at chennai

This is the exact text of the printout given to me today at Chennai consulate

Based on the documents you have submitted to us, and the information elicited in your interview with an American Consular Officer, we are not able to issue you an H-1B temporary work visa, because:

Your petitioner does not appear to be either able or willing to provide qualifying employment in the United States in accordance with appropriate laws and regulations.

In accordance with United States law and Department of State guidelines, action on your case has been suspended, and the 1-129 Petition for a Non-Immigrant Worker filed on your behalf will be returned to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) with a memorandum explaining the facts of your case as presented to us at the time of interview. The
U.S. Consulate in Chennai is no longer handling your case, and will be unable to give you any information on the status of your petition.

For your information, your visa was refused today under Section 221 (g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Essentially, this section states that a visa cannot be issued to anyone whose application does not appear to the Consular Officer to meet the requirements of the INA or of the regulations thereunder.
