H1B - Transfer

Hi,
I was in US for a very short time ( 2 weeks ) on H1B, I had to return back because of some unavoidable circumstances. Now I am planning to search for a job directly in US. Can In get my H1B be transfered to a new company. I have only one paystub that too for 2 weeks.
If no what is the best solution for me.

as long as you were there only for two weeks you will be fine.

What will happen in your case that the new company will apply for an H1 and you will have to wait for it to be approved before you can travel to USA. SW9ince you have been counted against the cap next H1 will be cap-exempt.
