Hi,
I have been in the US from March on an H4 (Dependent Visa).I applied for an H1 through a prospective employer and my H1 is valid from October. However, I was able to start work with the employer, only from November middle.
I need to travel to India in January beginning.This means I need to get an H1B stamping over there. I shall be getting only 2 paystubs by then.Is this enough to present to the Visa officer, as proof of having worked here?
Also, I am an MBA from India and I have been offered a position of Business Analyst. Could anybody suggest what are the likely questions and how to answer them?
