Can you please help me reagrding 221(g) blue..urgent

Hi All,

I attended Visa Interview on 20th Nov @ Chennai.
The result was 221(g) Blue form asking for more documents about the client which i will be working for.
Everything went on fine other than this ..

VO checked for following documents in 221(g) blue form

1)A copy of the contract between the U.S. employment agency(petitioner) and the job site(the location where you actually work).
2)A letter(on letterhead) from the personal department at the U.S. job site stating that there is a vacancy for you
3)The applicant's complete itinerary of services, including company names and addresses

Seniors,

One question to you. In the 221g blue form i did not understand what is the document the VO was referring to

The applicant's complete itenarary of services, including company names and locations

Can you please let me know what exactly that document is , so that i can get the same from my sponsor ..


and also how much percentage i have the chances to get visa?

Hi Dayakar,

The applicant's complete itenarary of services, including company names and locations -

It should contains
1) Name of the employer
2) Principle applicant name
3) Address of the employer
4) Work Location
5) Period of employment
6) Job Title
7) Job Duties
8) Business Reality of employer
9) Employer's track record of hiring H1Bs

Note: It should be inthe company letter head..

If you submit the documents as per VO requirement,no issue to grant the visa.

Did they asked to drop the passports also along with other docs in VFS..?

My Experience in chennai :

I attended chennai consulate on 16 nov 2007 for (H1&H4).
I had all the docs from wage,lca,tax,W2,photos,lease agreement.
VO : r u going work in Internal project or client
ME: Internal
VO:she asked for the project details
ME:I dont have the Project details doc.
VO:can i have wage reports of ur petitioner
ME:gave the wage docs.
VO:Tax
ME:gave the wage docs.
VO:i need the project detailed description,so i am issuing 221 blue.Please submit the doc in VFS and dont submit your passport.

I am worried ,eventhough i have all the docs apart from project doc.i was given 221 g blue form.

Friends,kinldy can u suggest that will i get a visa,after submitting the required doc.

And moreover why i was asked to not to drop the Passport...?

Please...give ur valuable suggestions......

Its a common question for everyone..

Makesure you submit this document and wait for VO confirmation mail (or) phone then they will ask you to submit the passport..

Can you give me your number, will call you and also do not worry u will get the visa...

He did not say anyhting about dropping passport with the documents. But in the document 221(g), the checklist is having Passport checked in the list of docs need to submit

Drop all the documents which VO asked to drop

Hi Dayakar,

My case also same like yours.
I attended to interview on 1st Nov, 2007 and given by 221(g). I have dropped all the documents alongwith my Passport on 6th Nov, 2007 and I got my visa stamped on 21st Nov, 2007 (Exactly 15th day from drop date). So, do not worry and drop all the documents which VO asked and be confident.
