How safe to travel to India in July 04 when my visa is expiring in Aug 2004. But did file for Visa extension on March 2004 and I have the petition papers and receipt number with me now..Please send me your comments.

Also, Can I travel to india when my visa is in processing ?

Help Please for H1 stamping

So can you inform me if you got your visa stamped and if there were any problems while getting it stamped.

I am in similar position travelling 3 months before my visa expiry.
