    Please advise ASAP

    Hi,

    I am on H1 and my visa expired in June 2004. Earlier to this,I have applied for H1 transfer and got approval in sept04 with validity till march2005.
    Is it safe to apply for visa stamping in 2nd week of Dec04, considering expiry date.
    If not,What are the other options.
