I applied for H1 through consultancy (bodyshopper) on July 30, 2004. My OPT expired on July 30, 2004 also. My H1 and COS got approved.
In the meantime I got job with cap exempt institute. Can I do H1 transfer. (eventhough my H1 has start date of Oct 1, 2004)
OR
Do I have to apply for new H1 altogether with premium processing? Will my COS be approved in the second case?
