Hello,

My first H-1 visa expires on Feb 28th 05' and my company will be sponsoring the renewal after that. I am planning to go to India around Nov 15th to get my H1B stamped on my visa. Would there be any risk of not getting my visa stamped since it would be just 3 months before my visa expiry.

Could use some help on this one. Also do thye fingerprint everyone who gets their visa stamped in India.

Ok, so this is not working.

Can anyone tell me if they have had their visa stamped like 3 months before their expiry ?? Is there any risk with that.
