H1B Validity Question

1) I have an H1B visa from ABC and I am working in USA. I come back to India, quit ABC and join another company XYZ in India.
Now can I travel to US for XYZ on the existing H1B visa ?

No.
You need H1 from any othe sponser, if XYZ has office in US they can do it oe for you. Or apply B1 to go to US.
