H4 Visa for my wife

Hi Everyone,

This is Praveen. I came to US in the first week of September. When I was in INDIA, I didn't apply for the Visa stamping for my wife. That was the big mistake I did .

Now she is going for stamping in the first week of December. I need help regarding list documents required. I have been working here in US since one month. I have got only one pay slip. I am planning to bring her in the last week of December. Please suggest me, is that one slip can help ? Photo copy of I-797 is okay or not ?

I have seen the list of documents posted in this site. All of my worry is about the pay slip. Or Do I need to show some account balance in INDIA account ?

Anyone's help is more appreciated.

Wait out 1 month to get 2 more pay-stubs, or 2 months in case you get pay-stubs monthly. Ask you wife to apply after that.
