Hello,
I am on H1B visa working in US for past 4 years. While on H1B I have started a partnership firm in India with my family friend in India. I would like to know whether I can do this or not? What are the laws for it?
I don't know if US laws apply here since our partnership firm is registered in India .... I will be paying taxes to Indian govt. since my firm is India..... OR do I have to pay tax twice for both US and India govt. ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
