Q. 35. - My H-1B was 'cancelled without prejudice' last year and reissued because of a spelling error in the name. This month, I will be applying at the Chennai Consulate for revalidation. Do I answer 'Yes' to whether my visa has ever been cancelled? If so, any negative implications??
Q. 37 - When I apply for my H-1B revalidation, my wife will be applying along with me for her H-4 visa? Does she have to answer that her 'husband' is in the U.S. or does she say 'none' since I will also be applying with her? I guess I will be saying 'none' to this question since my wife has not yet entered the U.S.
Would appreciate your response in this regard.
