Hi all,
i was on L2 ead and worked for company A, from Oct 1st i am on H1 with company B but client A.am planning to ask A for H1 transfer in Jan 1st week and directly recruit me and the company is little inclined even.
my qn. is
aystubs for these Oct-Dec is enough for H1 transfer?else do i need to wait for another couple of months(contract is till Jan)
also if A accepts and applies i know that i can work for A from the day of receiving receipt number.but what if it is denied?can B revoke my H1 ?
what docs do i need to apply for H1 transfer?(ofcourse thru A)
i yet to need to return the signed LCA to B.
any one plz guide..
