I applied H4 for my daughter in Dec and Chennai consulate took all her papers including passport. But still they didn't put either query or send her papers back. When I call them or email them they are saying still it si under process.
I took appointmnet for her and also for my husband on Sept 21st.
1. But can they attend at Chennai consulate again without her papers.
2 When they go Chennai does consluate processes her visa by taking out her papers.
3.I already approached congressman over here...but even to them also Chennai is not responding.
4.I got new H1 last month, so I willse nd my new H1 for their process. but her passport is at consulate.
I am away from my daughter since 2 years, Plz help me to get my daughter.
