Hello All-
I had a valid H1 from oct 01-2004 to sep 2007(working for past years), H1 extension was applied in Aug 2007(normal processing) but in Nov first week H1 application was withdrawn, my employer had never withdrawn the application it was fault from INS, when we spoke with INS they asked us to file a new application for reconsidering the case and we did so, now i got the approval from 11/26/2207 till 2010 but they havent send me I-94, looks like now i am left with 2 options first one is go to India and get stamped and the second one apply for the remotion of the case to get the I-94.
right now i dont want to go india for stamping..so is it better idea to apply for remotion? wat are the possiblities of getting I-94?( mistake was from INS side by withdrawing the application)
