Hi I want to know if we can put multiple H1 B applications through different employers starting April 2008.Is there any risk if we apply multiple H1B applications thru diffrent employers at the same time in april 2008?
---- Yes, you may apply for as many H1's as possible with as many employers as you wish to. All you need to do is negotiate with the employers to pay the fees for each application. There is no risk excepting that your name will be considered only once for an H1, although you may be granted H1 for each and every company
---- Of course, after that comes the question of choosing an employer. You are going to raise the questions again
---- Well, if you do get all the H1's, you are the lucky one and of course you have wasted the fees paid by all the companies and may be incidental expenses on your part of taking time to negotiate with each employer, photocopying all your documents, submitting all your papers, keeping track of all the documents and what have you?
Good Luck, please keep posting your experience of applying for H1's, getting them approved, getting a Visa, joining an employer, leaving an employer to join another employer next door
