Work on H4 Visa, Lottery system in H1 Visa
Hi All
I have received the H1 visa this year and it is stamped till 2010. Along with me my wife has also got her H4 stamped. I have following question in my mind.
1. Is it possible that she can work there on H4 visa ?
2. She has got the job in US and they will apply her visa this next year (April 2008). But as per the lottery system its only luck at the first stage i think. will there be any criteria for it.
3. Can that company apply L1 visa for her. Is it necessary to work for 1 year in the company for company to apply L1 visa? I heard rejection %age is more in L1 visa. Is it true ?
4. Can a company apply the B1 visa for an employee within 2-3 months. For how long an employee go on a B1 visa in US.
