1) Is it possible to change the status from H1/H4 to F1(student visa) during 7th year H1/H4 extesion period. If any of you know the answer, Please reply asap.

2) Is someone gets laid off during 7th year of H1 Visa, is it possible to stay in the contry at all ? or does the rule of stay outside the country for atleast one year holds?
