    L1B to H1B ????

    Hi Friends,

    Please can any one help me.

    I am with L1B and i am in USA and I have H1b also.
    what is the procedure to change from L1B to H1B.
    I heard that i have go to India and i have stamp in India..... is it correct ?
    or i can work on H1B here and just change the I94 status.
