Hi
I find your website very useful and often have used in the past for various reasons. The question which I have now is liltte tricky for me to solve. I am planning to go to Mexico for H1-B stamping for the first time. Now, if I get rejected I will not be allowed back into the country which will force me to travel from Mexico to India(home country). In this case, will I be able to take a flight/airline which passes through the US or UK. Will I need a transit visa(I have heard various new reules if transit visa even if I am on the same airport, but very confusing). I am not sure if this option will work for me. Or I have to go to India for stamping as it is my first H1-B stamping.
Note: I was on F1 visa 2 years back and got converted to H1-B, after which I have not gone outside the country and received visa stamping. Please advise me. Any help will be greatly apprciated
Thanks,
