H1 stamping and new H4

I need to get my H1 renewal stamping and dependent visa for my wife when i get married in november in india.
Does anyone know if I can get this done in two - three weeks of vacation that i have while in Mumbai ?

Does anyone know how quickly can i get appointment for this thing in mumbai US consulate?

You can schedule an appointment now or as soon as possible and then go for stamping during that time.

Do I need a marriage certificate just to get an appointment for new H4 for my future wife and also for my H1 extension?
I will be applying at mumbai consulate.
