h4 visa refuesd on 212 (A) (4)

My son visa was refused under ( 212)A4. any body resolved this type of issue or advise is highly appreciated . resolve your case . . I will appreciate your help. My son visa first rejected under 221 g and we send additional docs and again rejected under 212 (A4).Though I earned $xxxxx in 2003 ,only $xxxxx for wages ,tips earnings shown and $xxxxx was under column 12 a which is non taxable .This is as per the per diem rules which is legal . Both together more than LCA

Refused single entry visa my two months son

Hello, Sir,
My family applying visitor visa wife and two baby girls Canadian high commission issue visa six month. Some reason my wife is pregnancy doctor advice don’t travel you have after pregnancy my new bone son birth I have applying visa me with my son Canada embassy and refusesd visa father and son ok I am not interested going to Canada again re applied my son age only two months I have submitted application with mother that Canada high commission again refused visa my new bone son. I have decided don’t travel to Canada because my wife feeding my infant son, solved my ploblem and can you help me
