Name Issue on visa and marriage cert

Hi,

I would be processing H4 visa for my wife. But I need to get some clarification.
My visa has my name as SUSAI WILSON ANTHONY where as my marriage certificate has my name as WILSON ANTHONY SUSAI.
I need to know if this would be an issue for my wife to apply for an H4, if yes than what can I do to get this resolved.
Can you please help me with some information.
