Overlapping Paystub

Hi,

I have a unique situation here, I was working with company A ( my initial H1 holder) from Oct 2006, but I got my project only from May 2007. But Company A did not give me my salary slip till until from july 07, and held my 2 months salary with them. My project ended on Nov 01, 2007.
Now I got a new project with Company B from December 1st, 07, and my h1 is transferred to company B. But as my 2 months salary was held by company A, he is still giving me my salary, along with the salary slip. So I got a salary slip for Nov'07, which was fine. But now I will be getting a salary slip from Company B for December '07 and also from Company A.
I am aware that I will be receiving 2 W2s. But I am concerned as there will be 2 paystubs for the same dates. My company A is not agreeing to any terms to resolve this issue, as I had transferred my H1 without giving them a notice.
Please advise if this overlap of paystubs is going to create any problem for my Visa stamping/ GC in future.

You are getting paystub whatever the days you worked for your sponser but little late.
This is not two pay stubs for the same periods.

If the pay stubs shows the correct date that you worked for them you are OK.-------------------------------------------------------------------------
