  • Fraud Agents(TEKSTROM/Qualitree/Park Consultancy)

    Hello Friends,
I just want to share this with you all. It happened to my few of my friends all at the same time. There is a company called TEKSTROM in Bangalore operating in the name of Qualitree now. They have collected around R.s 2 lakhs as VISA processing fee from everyone. When they appeared for interview, their case were straight away rejected by seeing the employer name. It's a clear indication that TEKSTRAOM/Qualitree was detected as Fraud unit by USCIS. What the intelligent thing the employer has done was, they have collected 2 lakhs from everyone in the name of Park Consultancy Chennai, to stay away from such legal problems.
Friends please beware of such thiefs, and why we should waste our money, and do not approach such fraud agents for the VISA.

I thought computer / IT guys are educated and knowledgeble, it seems be, they too behave like laborers.

Laborers use to pay agents to go to foreign countries, now IT guys.

This is same on them and their profession.

If you have confident on your education/qualification/skill sets, you should not pay single penny to get any job. Job should come to you.

Unless educated guys change their mentality of paying money to get a job, there will be always cheaters everywhere, they treat you like laborers.

      Well said GreatGuru!

GreatGuru is absolutely right. If you're qualified and have the experience you should be able to get a sponsor for your H1B who will bear all the costs right from your visa to air fare and initial setup in the US.

Unfortunately, people first end up paying up front and then repent on losing the money. Well, it's the "going to America" that causes people to pay up.

You need to do your research properly, get references and join one good company. Then be sincere and honest to this company and work for them so they can recover your costs. You don't pay them anything in advance and you don't make them lose money spent on you. At the worst situation, you may sign a binding contract for a year or thereabouts.

Regretfully, there are many prospective candidates who get multiple companies to file for their H1B and then sometimes end up working for an altogether different company.

In some cases, the candidate travels to the US with air fare paid by one company and then directly does to another company to work for them. Many good legitimate companies have lost thousands of dollars on these fraudulent alien workers.

Nope, I'm neither on H1B nor with any consulting companies.

I agree to an extent with Greatguru. Now what about students who have done their Masters and some consulting companies saying "we will pay for your h1 bla bla bla " and then not do the H1 or anything. My point is, there are cheap fellows.(indian consulting companies) around who want to cheat you too.Moral of the story..stay away from these crooks whether they BEG for money or act like beggars after employing you(giving late paychecks or give lame excuses like "client hasnt paid me").

          Just one request

Please do not mention specific country's companies. As you know all countries have black sheep. Throwing dirt all the companies in a country is not fair.

I have known the worst and the best companies in the business. I've taken the bad ones to task myself and made sure they treat other employees well. The problem is that other employees many a time don't have the guts to cooperate and work against the company.
At the same time, I have known the best companies in the business, who have themselves lost money just to make sure that the employees don't suffer. It all depends upon who's at the helm.

          Hope you understand.

          Best regards.

PS: Once again, nope I don't work for or own or partner with any consulting company from any country.

If any one is going for ivs consulting or indus valley software, for an H1, think twice. I personally didnt have good experience with them.

Hey Buddy...I ask people not to believe in your story...I got my H1 thru this company 2 years back and I am working for a very bit client in NY thru Tekstrom ……I personally feel this company is really good and don’t just get people on H1…..they are not an agent…..

I referred few of my friends last year and few got the visa and few didn’t got the stamp,….I think it has nothing to do with company…its your education and experience get you a work visa not the company.

Every bad consulting company has one chumcha or one who will act like a patriot...I guess qacandidate is one such person or either the employer himself fooling around. H1 visa has got to do with the right papers and how confident you sound. You dont have proper documentation, boom you dont get it whether you like it or not. So yes the employer matters.Ask these chota companies to give W2 tax-returns for 2 years, job offer from client to candidates ...give everything properly and then you can say "nothing wrong with the employer" Go and look through this site how many people suffer because of stupid reasons from the employer like "w2 is all personal info..go for the visa interview and we will see". After that all hope is lost and to add the masala some of these clowns rob candidates by taking some H1 fee.
Go and learn the facts and then come back and post.We are not dummies!
