H1B Transfer Query

Hi,

I have H1 from A company . I want to convert it to another company B. This one I want to convert it from India only. Because I am working in company B now in India. But I never went to USA on H1B from company A.

So is it possible to convert my H1 from A- B. If possible what needs to be done from my side.

Can you please suggest me in this. What ever the options available , please provide those.

Unless you enter US with valid H1 status (obtain I 94 card at the port of entry with caveat H1b), you can not transfer your visa from comp A to B.
