Hello Friends,

I am about to book my visa date. My home town is in chennai , i am currently working in noida with my sponsor for last 4 months , before that i was in UK for 2 years. My company insists me in applying visa in delhi consulate!!

Will that be a problem since my home town is chennai as i have seen cases re-directed and till 90 days cant apply back . I informed my company about this but still they want me to apply in delhi .

please post ur views for this situation.

Save yourself the trouble, goto Chennai. If not, wait 2 more months to have in all 6 months of residency in Noida to apply in Delhi. And have utility bills/ bank statements to prove this. We all know why your employer is asking you to attend in Delhi, and we also know the rules on VFS website.
