I am here on H1-B came to US in August 2005.
My visa will be expiring in Sept 2008. This is my first renewal.
My question is that, can i go for Visa stamping before sept 2008 once my H1 gets renewed?
I was thinking to go in August 2008 for visa stamping once I get my H1 renewed so that even if they place my application on hold, I can come back to US before my visa gets expired.
Would really appreciate if you can help. I tried to find my answer from forum but couldn't get my type of query.
