H1 extension, transfer and stamping
Hi,
I am working for company A right now and I am in US.
I have H1 petition from companies C and D who extended and transfered my visa and I have complete documentation.
Now, I plan to visit India when I need to stamp current visa on my passport.
If I have not yet decided which company to join, I can surely get my visa stamped from my current employer i.e. A.
In that case, does the status of petition issued for companies B and C remain valid and can I join one of them once I am back in states?
