    H1 transfer in india

    I got my h1 stamped by my current employer , who doesnt sound very reliable now.

    I have another employer who is willing to transfer my h1, But he says, i need to come to the U.S first to get my I 94 and he will apply for premium processing for which i will not need paystubs.

    Is that right? is there a risk involved?
