Can I go back to India and file a H1 tranfer from there and come back and work

Hi,

Presently I am in US and I came one month back . I am on bench presently but my employer is paying me salary. The problem is that my employer is giving me a hard time since I am not able to click the interviews. Is there any possibility that I go back to India and join some company in India and get my H1b transfer to the Indian company and come back to US on their petition. Does that mean if I go back to India my H1b status will be void?

Please help me on this.

---- Your going to India and joining an Indian company has nothing to do with the H1 status

---- The H1 status will not be void if the employer has not revoked the H1 by writing to the USCIS

---- It is possible to transfer your H1 to another company while in India, but the prospects depend on your individal case, s nothing can be generalized
