Hi,

Could you please clarify me on the below questions ?

I have H1B from company A and been working in the same company since
last 18 months. As a company A policy, I have to go India and resign in
India and should not resign in USA.
Due to this, I can not resign from Company A and apply for Company B
for transfer.

Q 1: Can I trasnfer my H1B to company B where I want to work after I
come back from India ? After applying for tranfer, If I go to India,
Do i need to go for stamping for new company ?

Q 2. After Transfering H1 to company B, I want to go India for say 1
month, when I want to come back from India, Can i come on Company A H1B
and work for the same company (A) or Do i need to compulsorly go for
stamping for new company B. Can not I work for company A ?

Please calrify the above question anwers and give me more relevant
answers which can be helpful to me.
