I came across your website while trying to get information regarding H-1B visas. I had a question I was hoping you can answer:
A new employee we are hiring is currently on an H-1B visa that expires on December 31st 2007. We are filing his petition today along with premium processing. For whatever reason if the receipt notice does not reach us before December 31st, can he start work in January? If not, what would we need to do?
Any help you can give me with this would be greatly appreciated.
